About Me

We grocery shop, we chop, we do dishes, and we love every second. After training in farm-to-table cuisine in Florence, Italy, I’ve merged my backround in nutrition, wellness certifications, and private meal prep into something meaningful: helping individuals and families become healthier, perform better, and heal through food.

In the fall of 2026, I plan to start my B.S. in Exercise and Health Sciences. I specialize in functional foods, hormone health, and longevity focused cooking. My approach blends culinary creativity with nutritional expertise, creating meals that support nourishment, resilience, and vitality.
